Why we made these guides

We created these videos because many older people tell us they want to use apps like WhatsApp, but often feel nervous about getting things wrong or don’t know where to start.

A lot of online tutorials move too quickly or assume prior knowledge, which can make things even more frustrating.

These guides are different. They’re built specifically for people who want patient, easy-to-follow support that explains things properly.
