Nifty is a free digital support service for older people, created to make technology feel a bit less overwhelming and a lot more approachable. The idea is simple: friendly, patient help from real people.

There’s no chatbots or automated systems here. Nifty offers one-to-one support by phone or email, so people can ask questions and get help with the things they’re actually stuck on, whether that’s WhatsApp, Facebook, or something else entirely.
Easy guides, made for older users
We also create simple video guides that go through things step by step. They’re designed to be clear, calm and easy to follow, with no jargon and no pressure to rush.
